At Leighton Machine and Tool, we are proud to offer state-of-the-art CNC milling, performed by our team of experts. We offer a number of machining processes, including drilling, boring, tapping, counterboring, countersinking, pocketing, reaming, and profiling. Our machinery is capable of reaching tolerances of ± 0.0005″, and accommodates workpieces of various dimensions, including lengths up 40″, widths up to 30″, and heights up to 30″. We are equipped with 5 axis positional (3+2) mills capable of complex angles to a resolution of .001 of a degree, this allows us the flexibly to quickly and accurately mill complex parts effortlessly.
