At Leighton Machine and Tool, we are proud to offer state-of-the-art CNC multitasking, performed by our team of experts. We offer a number of machining processes, including turning, drilling, boring, tapping, counterboring, countersinking, threading, knurling. Our machinery is capable of reaching tolerances of ± 0.0002″, and accommodates workpieces of various dimensions, including lengths up 80″, diameters up to 16″. We can bar feed up to 4” diameter and our advanced multi-axis mill-turn is capable of 5 axis milling and turning with sub-spindle support, this technology allows us to eliminate several steps needed to manufacture a component.

DMG CTX GAMMA 2000 TC

Full five axis mill turn with a 15″ main spindle and a 15″ sub spindle. Both spindles have 4″ bar capacity with 80″ max turn length and 16″ max diameter.
