At Leighton Machine and Tool, we are proud to offer state-of-the-art CNC turning, performed by our team of experts. We offer a number of machining processes, including drilling, boring, tapping, counterboring, countersinking, threading, knurling. Our machinery is capable of reaching tolerances of ± 0.0002″, and accommodates workpieces of various dimensions, including lengths up 50″, diameters up to 16″. We can bar feed up to 3” diameter and our advanced multi-axis lathes are capable of 4 axis milling with sub-spindle support, this technology allows us to eliminate several steps needed to manufacture a component.
