Leighton Machine & Tool is proud to announce the addition of the DMG MORI CTX GAMMA 2000 TC to our advanced line of CNC equipment. This Mill/Turn Machine is a multi-tasking, multi-function machine used for producing complex workpieces in a single operation. This machines is capable of turning a workpiece and applying milling operations at various angles and faces. The machine features 2 spindles both with 15″ diameter chucks and 4.09 bar capacity. A part requiring a variety of milling and turning operations can be machined in one spindle and be transferred to the 2nd spindle in one complete cycle to allow for faster part making, higher accuracies (no re-chucking), and less set-up times.
